We hope this message finds you well. As the new term is fast approaching, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you about our school fee payment policy. It has come to our attention that there may be some confusion regarding the payment of school fees, so we would like to clarify our procedures to ensure that everyone is aware.
As per our policy, the total amount of school fees must be paid within the first two months of each term. To ensure that our students have uninterrupted schooling, we request that 50% of the term fees are paid upon the commencement of the term, and the remaining 50% balance is to be cleared by the end of the second month of the term. This is to avoid any instances of sending away pupils during exams, which can be discomforting for both the pupils and the teachers.
We take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your prompt payment of fees and appreciate your support towards ensuring the welfare of our students. If you have any further questions or clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact us.
